Acupressure is an over 2000 year old Chinese healing art that is an important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is a massage technique that manually stimulates the energy points of the body with finger pressure. But not only for the treatment and prevention of diseases, the acupressure was used.
Undisturbed energy flow
The application of acupressure in the facial area supports cell growth and strengthens the facial muscles. With regular treatment, existing wrinkles smooth and the face gets a more relaxed and younger look. In addition, the immune system can be stimulated by targeted acupressure. Acupressure addresses the meridians, the body's main energy channels, that run just under the skin.
The 12 main meridians are assigned to the 12 organs of the body. They occur in pairs and by pressing and light massage disturbances in the energy flow can be canceled.
Basic technique of acupressure

The most important acupressure points against wrinkles
Touwei point Ma 8
This point strengthens the facial muscles, works against wrinkles on the forehead. Position: depression in the corner of the forehead, still in the hairline.
Yanhbai point Gb14
Yanhbai point Gb14 relaxes the muscles and the skin of the forehead, helps relax the eye muscles. Position: 1/3 above the eyebrow above the pupils.
Sizhukong point SJ 23
Sizhukong point Sj 23 stimulates the muscles next to the eyes, against laugh lines. Location: depression near the end of the eyebrows.
Dicang point Ma 3
Dicang Punkt Ma 3 fills sunken cheeks and prevents wrinkles around the nose and mouth. Location: Directly under the pupils, lateral to the nostrils.
Dicang point Ma 4
Dicang point Ma 4 reduces the small wrinkles around the mouth. Position: point of intersection between the middle of the pupil and the end of the corner of the mouth.
Jiache point Ma 6
Jiache Punkt Ma 6 strengthens sagging and flabby muscles and lifts the ugly and worrying double chin. Position: depression in front of the temporomandibular joint.
Yintang point 7
This point smoothes vertical forehead lines (frown lines) and increases the blood circulation of the forehead. Location: center of the face, small depression exactly between the eyebrows.
Renzhong Du 26
Renzhong Du 26 smoothes the vertical mouth wrinkles. Location: center of the face, at 1/3 of the distance between nose and upper lip.
